Before assembling your BBQ, it is important to take certain precautions to ensure that your BBQ operates correctly and safely. Here are some important points to keep in mind:

Thoroughly check all parts for damage: Prior to assembling your BBQ, carefully inspect all parts for any signs of damage. If you discover any damaged parts, please reach out to us immediately for a complete replacement of the BBQ. This step is essential to ensure that your BBQ operates correctly and safely.

Inability to replace individual components: On some sales accounts, we are unable to offer goodwill gestures and cannot replace individual components of the BBQ, such as the lid. It is important to note that the cannibalisation of livestock to replace individual parts has proven to be ineffective, leading to increased time to resolve and is unsustainable.

Do not build the BBQ before checking for damage: Please do not take the time and effort to build the BBQ and then advise of a damage issue, as we will not be held liable for the time taken to assemble and disassemble for the return of the BBQ.

No returns for used BBQs: Any BBQ that has been built and used to cook food will not be eligible for return due to damaged components.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following these precautions. If you have any questions or require assistance, please feel free to contact our customer service team.
